Long night at the ER with this tired tired trooper. Nobody on staff had ever accessed a pediatric port, nor did they have any of the kit/supplies to access him anywhere in the hospital (which we offered to bring beforehand, but we were told that they didn't want us to bring outside items). We had to go all the way home to get a needle and I had to access him in the ER while they all watched. It was weird. #reallywithsethandamy #portacath #forrestboy
