If you send a Realtor an email and you want to see 10 different properties that range in size from 600 sq/ft to 1500 sq/ft are spread out over 2 counties you are just telling them you want them to do the work for you and you are wasting your time, because if they take you to all 10 of those properties, chances are you arent going to buy or rent a single one. As a side note, the commission on a rental in this area is only $100. So I promise you, I will show you 2 houses max outside of normal schedule time if at all.
This is an unjetted tub. it could easily fit 5 people. It’s in a 1400 sp/ft home. The shower head reminds me a silly snake water toy.. I like it , just dont like the house. And the curtain doe not nearly encompass the tub.
This woman got me submitting a listing FOR HER and I fill out the whole form (takes about 20 minutes) to find out: A) she has no listing date B)she has no expiration date C) she has no LISTING PRICE I CANNOT PUT A HOUSE ON THE MARKET LIKE THIS?!?!?!?!
