Hello everyone! This is Del, your Composer, wanting to bring you a little update on the goings-on of our game! (In other words no, the dead kids are not yet dead-dead.)
Firstly, I'd like to deeply apologise for the radio silence from all of us in Officerland. I know that it sucks being in the dark for such an extended period of time, so I wanted to make sure you all had at least a bit of an inkling of an idea as to what was happening with the Game, even if it does happen to be an extremely late inkling. OTL
As for what has been going on, due to a variety of circumstances, the week 15 Officer team has disbanded! Not in a bad way, but in a "we are just going to have a few people working on post-week things and revving up again once pre-week starts and new Officers are chosen" sort of way. In other words, me (Del), our Conductor (Nico) and our Producer / previous Game Master (Xan) are the ones who will be predominantly working on things for the next while, reaching out to previous Officers if we require their expertise or assistance. Usually, Officers stick around right up until the choosing of the next week's crew, so this is a little bit different from usual.
That said, this has made our "near future" schedule a bit more nebulous than we'd like, and as such we still don't really have any ideas for dates for the next Game yet. We are so sorry! The literal moment dates and other details become more clear to us, we will be sure to update you all via the blog and an announcement in OOC chat.
For now, here's a bit of a glimpse as to what we are working on:
– an even more massive survey of awesomeness
– character sheets and shops becoming shiny
– bots and automation!? ROBO FUTURE...
... Amongst other things, alongside addressing concerns raised in the post-week survey!
