A New Reaper in Town (Seth Starter for Reapers-In-Training)
Seth was tired, and just trying to get through his day. His step-mother had left him 100 dollars and told him to buy groceries for the week because she had too much work to return home. Knowing that Anthony needed the food, he did so.
But man, carrying this many bags was a real pain in the ass. As he exited, he noticed someone he hadn't seen before about to enter the store. It was a very, very small town, sustainable but where everyone knew each other, so a new face was unusual. Balancing the many bags in his hands, he turned to her and smiled.
"'Ey, nicetameetcha," He said, almost offering a hand to shake before re-balancing his bags. "I take it you're new here? Need any 'elp?"
A New Reaper in Town (Riku starter for Reapers-In-Training)
Riku walked out of the dojo after a few hours of taking the place of her sensei. She tied her sweat-drenched hair into a ponytail and picked up her bags. As she was contemplating what to do next, she heard a new voice within the usual thoughts of the town. It was faint, like the thoughts of a ghost, and obviously a woman's voice. Not too far from where she was either.
She turned around and took a look at the new girl, whom she located quickly-- a girl with red hair, who seemed fully tangible and not a ghost in the slightest. Man, that was weird. And weird got her attention.
"Huh, well you're interesting." She said, her tone almost monotone, barely sounding as interested as she truly was. "You new here?"
