Seeing that Chihiro post, I realize I often see “I grew up in a -culture- household and am -part of that culture-“ but now I always wonder “In that country or in America?” because tbh it seems like some Americans (or Canadians, etc) equate the two without even considering that there is a massive difference in experience between both countries and just being part of a culture or race isn’t the same as living in the country of origin.

Woketards complain about American Imperialism but they’re too up their own ass to realize they’re performing a social version of it where they try to fit everything under the lens of American culture with no regard for “Japan still has problems with WOMEN there’s no way they’re on the same level as us regarding gay people, let alone TRANS people, so for God’s sake stop screaming that every combination of pink white and blue on a character means they’re trans and that every crossdresser is trans by default because you’re only setting yourself up for disappointment.”
