YOU RUINED EVERYTHING YOU STUPID BITCH!! YOU RUINED EEEEEVERYTHING YOU STUPID STUPID BITCH
Something about how in the opening scene of crazy ex girlfriend rebbeca is styled in a way that makes it clear she's a very different (and much younger) person than we meet in the show but josh being almost identical and how that shows that rebbeca really just sees him as the guy she liked in high school without considering how he changed
Part 2 of 10 of my favorite characters
90 - Samara Morgan (The Ring)
No, I did not watch the original japanese version where her name is Sadako, only the american version. It was my First horror movie, I watched it with my friends. I have a strong love and hate relationship with the Creepy Child trope from horror movies, and Samara is one of the most widely known.
89 - Monika (Doki Doki Literature Club)
I have a weak spot for "AI becames aware of their condition" stories. Monika may not be the better written character out there, but she's very tragic. She's programmed to love someone who's not even given the chance of choosing her. She's aware of her life being scripted, her dear friends have no free will. And the song Your Reality is quite interesting. In the lyrics, she seems to try to truly understand what love IS, beyong the superficial uncomplicated version of love her words is created to show, as well as the awareness of being in a world different from ours and not being able to cross that barrier
88 - Alex Russo (Wizards of Waverly Place)
A Disney Channel show I loved as child. Alex was entertaining to watch, and she grows a lot trough the show. Starting as a selfish child who wants to have fun and avoid consequences, and ending as someone who would risk herself over and over to save the world.
87 - Dipper Pines (Gravity Falls)
Gravity Falls is a great cartoon. While I liked Mabel better at first, Dipper had a better writing and grew on me.
86 - Irene Adler (A Scandal in Bohemia)
That woman beated Sherlock Hmes and got away. She was just minding her own life, in a relationship, but her ex was sure she would use a picture she had of him to screw his life. She left England with her husband, the picture and Holmes' admiration.
85 - João Grilo (Auto da Compadecida)
A brazilian theather play written in 1955, adapted to a movie in 2000. I First watched the movie with my mother, and my father, years later, took me to watch the play. The protagonist, João Grilo, is a poor and cunning man, always tricking the people with money and power. It sometimes fires back, and João Grilo solves the mess he created by creating a bigger mess. Look, he's not a mastermind, he's not in control of everything, he doesn't get always what he wants. He's poor, opressed, strugling to get enough money to eat, but he's too smart to the confort of people in power. He uses his silver tongue to manipulate those people, but at the end he's only surviving. He's overworked and underpaid and his employers would make absurd demands. He needs to keep his job, he needs money, and the odds are against him.
84 - Elle Woods (Legally Blonde)
Confession, I never watched the movie. I watched the musical and looked up on the internet a list of the differeneces between the movie and the musical. Anyway, the musical is great. Elle Woods is sweet, likeable and has a great character growth
83 - Rebecca Bunch (Crazy Ex Girlfriend)
Heavens know how much this character may annoy me, but I still love the way she's written
82 - Zazzalil (Firebringer)
Rebellious and curious. She's kinda annoyng, but I still love her. Her song What If almays make me smile
81 - Son Hak (Akatsuki no Yona)
He was my favorite character there, but I really love the dynamic between him, Yona and Su-Won .
This is the song that got me into watching Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. "Put yourself first" a.k.a. "Libfems".
Jake Peralta: Okay well, let's not knock someone for a fetish. I mean, you know, some people like being... choked by red licorice. I'm not saying who, but I think you know it's me.
Ok but why didn’t she think of naming it A Bunch of Pretzels??
crazy ex-girlfriend + immaculate foreshadowing: 1x06 | 3x04
Didn't know how much I needed to hear Rebbeca Bunch say “I need help” but turns out I really needed it
