See THIS is why I don’t pay attention to spoilers cause everyone takes one little line and runs a mile with it. It hasn’t even been confirmed that it is anything to do with emmerdale yet and even if it is it might not even have anything to do with Robert/Rebeca Adam/victoria I mean I know it probably is and my hopes are that it’s Robert that ASSUMES he’s going to be a dad finally confesses to Aaron what he’s done only for it to turn out it was Victoria’s pregnancy test instead but I’m an optimist so I always look for hope where there usually isn’t any haha. But until anything is 100% confirmed I personally never take spoilers to seriously.

Ok so thinking about this whole Robert and Rebecca thing. Robert is on a destructive path, this storyline could go many ways, she will end up pregnant, Aaron and Robert split up or Robert and Rebecca carry on this whole sicking thing they have between them. However I am hoping this will be different to when he cheated on Chrissie with Aaron. I hope this is a "I so messed up, he hurt me, I gonna get drunk and prove to Aaron that I am what he thinks I am" which is when things get rough he turns to being a cheat and sets to destroy everything he loves and cares about because that is all he knows. I hope this is a one time thing, he regrets it, carries on with the guilt until he tells Aaron. I can't see this being an affair, I really can't, but this is Emmerdale, why do they care about us.

god seriously from some of the anons, you’d think Robert got bored and fucked Rebecca weeks after the wedding because it was “fun” for him. instead of it being because he’s husband was on drugs, going through it emotionally and all Robert wanted to do was protect him but he couldn’t, he felt hopeless and most of all useless. 

Aaron had just told him to “leave him alone”, that he was “no use to him” and Robert just lost it- he drank his weight in whiskey, he trashed the home he had built for them and then he did something he thought he wanted, he hurt Aaron. Because he was hurt, and in his emotional state all Robert could think was to hurt back.

But yeah continue to make it sound like he fucked Rebecca for fun three weeks after the wedding, your just sad this point. Like Robert was the only one who broke their vows, it’s not black and white.
