It’s hard to feel like a speck when one’s fiancé is capableof passing off as an all-powerful genie-in-a-bottle, not to mention transportingthe entire interior of a house from a house on one side of a country toanother. It’s even harder when Sophie herself is able to make inanimate thingsanimate, to bestow life upon a fire demon, to shove a years-dead heart into aman’s chest and force it to work once more.
Having such malleable magic abilities, limited only by thesupplies at hand or imagination itself? All of that still remains insignificantin the face of – as he says, the greater cosmos.
