SHE’S TIRED. EXHAUSTED FROM THE RUSH and then the crash of the hours before. She still feels soaked through, even though she’s she’s been dry for a while now. The rain feels like it’s penetrated her skin with sadness - softness and frailty. It’s not a feeling she’s used to. The slop on a dish in front of her seems even less appetising than it normally would, which is certainly something. She lifts her spork to look at it carefully for a moment before letting the mush slide back down to where it came from.
