Sticks and Stones — Yuma & Ruki
-- "This is preposterous. Why must you yank me down to your monkey business?" Ruki cast a distressed sigh loose as he stood before the door to their father's bedroom. Neither of the two boys have moved from their spot yet, both strung out by what awaited at the other side of the door. Ruki had only heard rumors about their father's room.
One of the Sakamakis, Kanato as he could recall, had claimed about finding a giant caterpillar inside; probably twice his size but Ruki could never trust them or their stories for they were all equally immature to him. He wasn't even supposed to be here. This was one of those rare moments where he had to suffer Tougo Sakamaki's punishment and it was all thanks to his brother, Yuma, who stood by his side in his great height.
Why that person though that having the two of them clean his bedroom was a good punishment was beyond him.
"What are you waiting for?" He nudged his younger adoptive brother. "Open the door so we can get this over with."
