Weather-Related Sentence Starters (ACCEPTING)

It’s easy to misread the initial reaction as it is but a single glance and towards the stranger too. Like that Ogata stands there for a moment long enough for awkward silence. Sound of a break however turns his head fast and finally he makes his way to where the other is standing to glance over the edge of the roof.
The new years seems to have brought a weather cold enough to freeze the lightly wet road, creating an unreliable dangerous surface that might as well be a skating rink.
It turns out the modern vehicles aren’t freed from the problem that you’d sometimes face with horses. The other car barely missed another but one man has gotten up from the car. He walks over the other... tries but in the end slips down. The guy from other one seems to grow concerned and hurries to offer helping hand only to be, quite intentionally, tackled down by the other and in no time the situation escalates into stumbling fight, enough for some blood to drip on the icy road.
Somebody really ought to be calling the police by now.
“ Haha. Well, would you look at that.... “
....it’s not going to be Ogata though. He even has some kakiseeds as snacks for the scene.
