One of my fav #historicalrecipes we still used in my family : candied Orange peel.🍊 It can be done in heavy syrup (my personal favorite) or crystallized (dried and sugared) Traditionally in Brazil the syrup version is served with a piece of white plain cheese. So easy to make and sooo yummy.🙄💸💸💸 I bought a store version of this treat but it doesn't taste the same.
