i'm giving in. for someone with absolutely no knowledge of marathon, how would you recommend consuming the story? is it worth playing through the trilogy or is just finding recordings that go through all the terminals probably wiser?
The games are free, and I personally found level design and mission objectives to play into the story in ways that made the nuances of it a bit harder to grasp when just reading through.
