I like that Kubo changed direction with her character. Designwise it didn't change much but she definitely had a distinct thing about being childish looking and even bubbly demeanor contrasted with a foul mouthed and bad personality at first. But then it changed to being a tired, sick of everyone else's shit, monotone shtick instead, and I liked that a lot more

I always forget that Luppi started out super fucking cute and got kinda weird as his very brief lifespan in the story went on? He had this sassy flirty energy that I miss. It got replaced with him just being kinda bitchy and sadistic as the fight went on. Then he was just dead. And then after he came back he was more just kinda apathetic and flat? (I think he just kinda got pigeonholed into being the straightman of the zombie quartet by virtue of Dordonii and Charlotte in particular just being so much louder and more boisterous. Although you'd think Ciruccci would've fit the role just as well if not better)

I did one for Meninas a while back and realized I never bothered with the other girls. Meninas was at least written off quickly enough that I didn't have a lot to compile, but I didn't quite realize just how much more screen time Giselle really got. I always forget how her proportions shifted around as she got more attention. Her first appearance looks almost unrecognizable.

I really didn't remember her showing up this much considering she's only in what like 5 scenes across the whole series?

Not that I owe anyone any explanations but I actually hate her whole mommy thing and giant balloon tits, but I like her general attitude and a bit of her admittedly limited role in the story as an adult in Ichigo's life who actually treats him like a kid and reminds him that he doesn't have to try and do everything himself. Her role could have been better utilized or maybe less understated, but I don't dislike what was there.

(Really I think a lot of it is just that she kinda has some Kukaku energy, and we also desperately needed more Kukaku appearances and Shiba lore in general)

And I love the stupid detail in the epilogue that Hiyori started working with her, because can you imagine putting in some random odd job order, to like... I dunno clean out your garage or something, and two of just the rowdiest women show up to get it done?

I feel like she and Urahara should have an unspoken rivalry over who's the shadiest business in karakura.
