Returning a Place to a Known, Earlier State at MOVING ON UP, MOVING ON OUT - The NewBridge Project Space, Newcastle Upon Tyne
4/2/17 – 4/3/17
Moving on up, Moving on out is The NewBridge Project’s last ever show in their current building and is a celebration of the studio space and the people who make it what it is. The exhibition in the project space has work by over 80 artist members, and will be constantly fluctuating, with the space being re-curated daily into something new, by artists residing in the communal workspace situated in the gallery daily.
As part of the exhibition I presented a short documentational film of my intervention at Buchenwald quarry conceived as part of (UN)SOUNDS OF BUCHENWALD, an MFA project in cooperation with Bauhaus Universität, Weimar.
