What kind of wine goes with sushi and sashimi? Turns out, all of them! An alternative BYOB Christmas dinner with @barlowandcouk and some REALLY unusual wine combos. Starting with Txakoli and pickled beetroot, and ending with Sauternes and cherry rice pudding.
