ITS HERE!!!!!!! @hawberries the book is gorgeous and I'm so happy to have it physically in my hands, I'll definitely be buying from you again!!
Wish you could try Birchbox, but don't live in the states?
As a beauty blogger, I always get envious of those who are living it up in America, sometimes I feel they don't know how good they've got it when they can pop down to their local pharmacy and pick up a revlon foundation for $10, or even head over to Sephora and pick up a smashbox one for around $30. If often get's on my go, makeup and skincare is so expensive here in Australia, and loving beauty products it always puts a dent in my wallet. With so many great things over in America, from cheap brands, stores like Sephora and Ulta, as well as monthly subscriptions like 'birch box' a site that sends out a box of deluxe high end samples (sometimes even full size products) for $10, and yes that is including shipping. In Australia we haven't ever had anything like it (to my knowledge anyway) and if we did, I've always thought it would be uber expensive, but recently I think a couple of people in Australia have realized the high demand for deluxe samples, without pushy sales assiants, and having them delivered to their door, because two sites will soon be starting up in winter, which are extremley similar to birchbox. One called Red Meow, and one called Haute Box. Red Meow costs $10 including shipping, this one features brands like Kora Organics, Nar's, Jurlique, Aesop, Napoleon Perdis, Bloom cosmetics, Becca cosmetics, Model Co and more, some of my all time favourite brands, and I love that most of the skincare lines they are featuring are all natural/organic. Haute Box on the other hand is $15 including shipping, and very very misterious, no one knows which brands they are featuring, or any of the other details, basically just that it's $15. The other great thing, is that you can buy one, and if you don't like it you don't have to do it for a whole month.
Finally something good has come to Australia.
Will you be trying, Red Meow, or Haute Box?
