色鮮やかなだけじゃない。レッドピタヤとりんごの爽やかスムージー

今回は、蛍光色のように鮮やかな色彩のレッドピタヤを使用したスムージーをご紹介します。

レッドピタヤは、色がとっても鮮やかなのが特徴的ですが、それだけではありません。レッドピタヤには「ベタシアニン」という抗酸化作用のあるポリフェノールの一種が多く含まれているそう。

また、味がとても薄いので、そのまま食べるのが苦手な方も多いようですが、スムージーにしてしまえば、味が薄い分さまざまな果物と合わせやすいんです。

そう、色合いの面以外にも、栄養や組み合わせの面でもスムージーに最適な果物の一つなのです。なかなか入手困難ですが、沖縄物産展などで時々販売しています。

【材料】

・レッドピタヤ(冷凍)　30g ・りんご(冷凍)　70g ・いちご(冷凍)　30g ・バナナ(冷凍)　30g ・水　150ml

トッピング）

・薄くスライスしたいちご　適量

【作り方】

1. トッピングのイチゴを、コップの内側に貼付けるように飾る。

2. 材料をミキサーにかけ、滑らかになったらコップに注ぎます。トッピングをのせたらできあがり。

見ているだけでテンションがあがる色味。バナナを少量入れているので滑らかな食感ですが、りんごといちごの軽い甘さがプラスされて意外とさっぱりとした味のスムージーです。

I went to H-Mart yesterday and finally found some Dragon Fruit. It wasn't the white flesh with black seeds that I was expecting, but instead this super bright pink. Almost neon pink! It tastes pretty good btw. The flesh reminds me of a kiwi and it sort of tastes like a pear :)
