World Painter System For CRA3 to CRA3_D to D

Ruthless Ridge you wouldn't really notice much of any scene effect changes in the track aside from how it looks when the sun is active.

So I decide to showcase what goes on when you go from the end of the ridge to Red Mid Station.

As you see it transitions to some blue to greyish blue sky when near the red station section. Caves are excuses used to change between skies.
