love how we went to the tmobile store to transfer my number to my own plan and the guy at the counter said we actually have to call customer service to do that, but it should only take like 10 minutes

and it's been 45 minutes now, at least 10 of which have just been us sitting here waiting in silence for the transfer dept. to join the call bc their damn required PIN generator is busted
