I've officially dubbed this Red Week. It's like the red wedding but completely the opposite. Except for the general sense of chaos

Its red week for me rn n i hirt rly bad and ive lept off and on all day n i just feel sick and sad and very dysphoric :(((

Hey nonnie, I'm on red week too, so we're suffering together :( I'm sorry you're feeling so icky. If you haven't already, taking paracetamol or ibuprofen is good for cramps, and heat helps as well. If you have a hot water bottle or heat pad, those are good, or there are online tutorials on making your own makeshift heat pack. Taking hot/warm baths are supposed to be good too, if you can stand it. Try and distract yourself with nice things if you can, my go to for red week is to snuggle in bed with blankets, pain meds and silly YouTube videos. Some people actually say that gentle exercise helps soothe pain as well, so maybe try that if you can stand it. And remember that it'll be over soon, you're doing amazingly fighting through it.
