I have a serious appreciation for shiny hunters/etc in PKMN, I spent two hours chaining eevees today just to try and get it to call a fucking Umbreon (not a shiny, mind you, just a normal fucking umbreon) and got absolutely nowhere. I think I’d lose my mind to do it to try and get multiple shinies or perfect IVS or HA’s or whatever the hell else.
I made a comment last week about there only being a few weeks left in 2016, and “what else could possibly happen?”
Apparently 2016 took that as a personal challenge because the answer was a snopocolypse traffic jam nightmare that ended with me abandoning my car. I STILL can’t get it and I just learned we’re getting another 4 inches tonight.

I have, OFFICIALLY, finished all my damn holiday shopping. I CAN SPEND ALL MY OWN MONEY ON ME NOW YAAAAY (except I got raked by taxes. THey took over a hundred bucks out of my last paycheck, thanks taxes!) I do have to return one gift, cause I was dumb and read it wrong and it wasn’t what I thought it was, but I already bought the correct replacement so I’m good.
And now I can save all my other money for my damn next tattoo. *sheds hopeful tear*
