The bar inside of The Mykonos Grande hotel

Sela smiled to herself as she tucked her small, leather-bound notebook into her purse. This had been the first meeting with a new client- a referral from one of her best. It’d been a productive one; they’d gone over the specifics of what sort of details they wanted for their commission: hair length, build, bone structure- they’d even requested a special pose. Nothing that Sela couldn’t handle, of course. Not given how long she’d doing these kinds of commissions. The client had agreed on her pricings and general terms and conditions. There’d be one more meeting to confirm the deposit payment before she’d actually complete the order.
The elevator doors opened and Sela emerged- thin, red bottomed heels clicking on the stone tile of the lobby as she B-lined for the hotel’s bar. Smile still on her lips, she claimed a seat near the end of the bar and smoothly addressed the bartender. “Gin and Tonic, please.” She turned her smile towards the familiar man sitting alone, a few chairs down; and in that same silky voice, “Well, well, well. Look what the cat dragged in.”
