As we progress in our healing, we should examine ourselves to identify any conditioning, programming, or old habits that we picked up as children or in difficult phases of our lives that no longer serve us, or that cause us harm.
Many of these things will certainly be familiar and can be hard to let go of, but this change is necessary. Trust in the process. Everything will be fine.
