@redempti asked: "Look, I'm okay! I've pulled all nighters before." [for my ganon's totk verse] (x)
To say he was less than impressed was an understatement. If anyone understood what lack of sleep could do to a person, it was Link. He had spent so much time traveling without stopping in his years as Zelda's knight, looking for her and trying to save Hyrule. It took a toll on him, and while he was sure the Gerudo man would probably be fine, he still didn't like it.
He huffed loudly and patted the bed he had made up with his ultrahand out of wooden pallets, the softest grass in the area, and a blanket he had recently purchased in Hateno village. He then quickly signed to him: 'Just because you've done it before doesn't mean it's healthy for you. Lay down and sleep.'
@daemoniumregem said: "I haven't been to the Domain, but it seems like I was missing out."
Sidon couldn't help it; he beamed. "There's a saying—that Zora are masters of two arts; fishing, and first impressions! Behold its truth!"
They stood together, royals from east and west, at the peak of the Rutala Dam. In the pale glow of the late moon, the crystal pillars and rising platforms of Zora's Domain shimmered with dazzling silvers and resplendent blues below. 'Behold its truth'—he'd laughed after he'd said it, but Sidon was evermore a proud son of its makers.
But this time, his eyes stayed not with the striking arc of the great stone fish, but with Ganondorf, curious and alert with interest. The air of grandeur and power matched the many tales of the Gerudo, who were otherwise seldom seen by Zoras. Word of the Gerudo king himself, however, were two-fold; there was the one that his people knew best—the terrifying battle master of the Lightning Country whom few challenged and survived.
And then there was the word of Link, who insisted on his benevolence. And surely as he trusted Link, Sidon trusted this—no matter the low thunder of dread the sound 'Ganon' made in his heart. At least, this was the word he chose to act on.
What of these words did Ganondorf hear? Which did he believe?
"But you came here, and not the bridge," Sidon continued. "What makes you hesitate?"

The Forest of Time.
It had been a while since he'd last been here, of course now he wasn't alone this time around. He hoped in some small way that he could go see Lake Kolomo with Bussaba, it had been a beautiful place and part of the Garden of Time in his original era. It was strange to relive the echos of time in the world of the living, but he put these thoughts aside.
The travel had been quiet, which was fairly uncommon between Chabah and himself, as he desired soaking up the sounds of this forest. Wanting to remember them.
Something caught his eye, not too far off the trail ahead. He really only needed that split second to realize it was indeed a person. He sat up a bit straighter in his saddle and his ears canted forward, " Chabah, do you see? We should check on them.. "
@redempti
"And that hasn't changed in the years we've been apart, ne vevi."
I'm sure in the 30 years of your second life there were so many beautiful vai and voe that you could've found at least one..."
"I don't have to touch him to hurt him." Zelda moved to sit on what was now her throne, after bringing herself back from her little game with Ganon. She crossed one leg over the other, elbow at her knee and curled fist under her chin with a smile on her lips.
"In fact, I don't have to touch him at all."
a hum. " how amusing, ganondorf seems to privy a gander whilst my own betrothed fixates on the gerudo's posterior. . . speaks volumes, doesn't it, my light? "
