Even after hours spent going over every painstaking detail on site visits and design work from the office we still uncover surprises in the field. During demo we found the tile floor was a 1” tile on top of a 2” wet bed of cement causing the existing floor system to be spongy with weakened floor joists. However our committed team decided it was best along with our local @weyerhaeuser rep to remove 35’ worth of old floor joists and replace with new LVL joists on 12” centers to create a comfort level floor. The guys are buckling down to get the old out and new in.
