-Too late at night indeed. The amazing captain of the wonderful steam boat, the S.S. Linebeck, was taking a walk to clear his mind. It wasn't that he was "in the middle of a sparkles apocalypse" as he so fondly referred to his rare bouts of depression as. It was more of a "I can't sleep and I'm homesick" feeling. Of course, the best way to cure that was to take in the fresh - yeah sure fresh - air of the carnival.... He doubted anyone would be up at this time anyways, so he was safe from questioning.-
