have you been reading the rhato: rebirth run? because i've seen some people start to ship jason and black mask and i can see it being an interesting dynamic to explore! just wondering what your thoughts on that pairing would be :)
I absolutely am, it’s one of my favorite titles running right now! I love how much Artemis is done with everything ever and really really want Jason to basically adopt Bizarro as his giant ass son. There were some really fucking good moments where Jason was so paternal and shown to really understand people and just... ugh. Love. It.
And yeah, like I totally get why the ship is going on. Really get it. I am not opposed to it, that’s for damn sure. But I’ve never really explore Sionis as a character much before, so I’d have to try and get my writer feelers out there a bit before I ever wrote him.
It’s definitely either an, A. super unhealthy pairing or B. it’s a Jason gives up trying to be a good guy sort of deal. I don’t ever see Sionis just suddenly deciding whelp that was a good run time to be a normal guy and get all domestic like. Nah.
