For just $7.99 Each pink, red, and black puff ball headbands is made with 6 inch x 3 feet of tulle . Scissors are used to create the spherical design. Spheres need not be perfect however the tulle puff ball is still manageable, adjustable and buyer can trim to their liking, just don't trim too much at once. The small bow is created by hand using satin ribbon trim. Bows can also be imperfect. Headband is made of stretchy bullet 4 way stretch fabric that expands 2 inches and is more gentle than elastic or a headband. Hot glue is used to secure the tulle puff ball onto the headband, and the bow onto the tulle puff ball.
