I don’t do a lot of fan art but even though I’m a huge fan of Redwall and the TV Series, the TV series really seemed to have this idea that the Rats in Redwall weren’t actually Rats; but instead were some weird fantasy rat-gremlin that were, coincidentally, also just called ‘Rats’. So instead of being a “Rat” here’s Cluny drawn as if he was literally just a Rat. Like god and Brian Jacques intended. Eulalia! -📕👻

Martin The Warrior is one of the coolest heroes in fiction and it’s often overlooked because people don’t assume much from a book about animals. Remember that time he beat a slaver with their own whip?  Also, his sword is called “Ratdeath”. If you don’t think that’s the raddest shit, then I don’t know what more to say.
