Do you think levi would be nagging When it comes to his s/o 's personal hygiene during their depressive episodes or would he take the matter into his own hand and take care of them?
I was thinking about writing a oneshot where reader would be in the middle of a major depressive episode and Levi trying to understand/help her through it, so i already thought about the issue.
Now, my answer is that Levi would be nagging his s/o, but here me out. I think at first, Levi would be thrown off guard by his s/o's deteriorating state, at first he would try his best to cater to her needs and be understanding.
He would bathe her and brush her hair for her, and wash her clothes for her. But if the situation keeps going on for too long, i think Levi would react the same way any normal human being would : he'd get enough of it. As horrible and sad this may sound, but i think he would end up nagging his s/o and would tell her to get a hold of herself, he can't understand how someone could let discard their personal hygiene to that extent since he is so adamant about maintaining an irreproachable one.
Unless Levi is deeply and incredibly in love with their s/o to the point of excusing behaviors he usually wouldn't, i think he'd end up nagging them. The nagging though would result in his s/o getting back on their feet though, Levi loves through acts of service but he also practices tough love, since it's the way he got through difficult moments in his own life.
