REET 2025 Notification: Rajasthan Staff Selection Board Announces 7,759 Teacher Vacancies — Apply Now
The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has officially released the notification for the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) Mains 2025, inviting applications for 7,759 teacher vacancies across the state. These include positions for Primary School Teachers (Level 1) and Upper Primary School Teachers (Level 2) under the Rajasthan third-grade teacher recruitment 2025.
According to the official announcement, out of the total vacancies, 5,636 posts are allocated for REET Level 1 (Classes 1–5) and 2,123 posts for REET Level 2 (Classes 6–8). The detailed notification is available on the official websites — rssb.rajasthan.gov.in and sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
The REET 2025 application process begins November 7, 2025, and will remain open until December 6, 2025. Candidates who have cleared the REET 2022 or 2025 examination are eligible to apply. The REET Mains 2025 exam is scheduled to be held from January 17 to 21, 2026.
REET 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a graduation, postgraduation, or B.Ed degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
Applicants with 45% in graduation and a one-year B.Ed (as per NCTE guidelines) are also eligible.
Those who have secured 50% in senior secondary education and completed a four-year B.El.Ed, BA BScEd, or BA Ed degree can also apply.
