HI HI HI i am always here to talk bom with you!!! i feel that on a base level, i joined the fandom so recently but ive fallen very hard!!! so don’t worry, it’s me and you bouncing along together!!
As for headcanons or characterisations - my favourite characterisations of kevin are the ones where he hasn’t /quite/ managed to shake his egotistical elements, but he’s /trying really hard/. like i kinda view him almost as becoming a cross between tahani and eleanor from the good place - he still does some things that are motivated by selfishness and sometimes he doesn’t quite do things for the right reason but he’s /trying/ to become a better person. love. him.
hc-wise - i love the idea of him being a middle child, but the middle child who worked so hard to get out of his older siblings’ shadow that he completely overshot and became kiiiind of intolerable in his youth. absolutely overshadows his younger siblings too by consequence. however when he comes back from uganda, i think it takes his family a little while to forgive him, but his siblings secretly like this new kevin who’s not only been taken down a peg or two but is actually a much nicer person! so they come round really quickly and are supportive (plus jack price - what can i say about jack price other than in my head he’s a bit of a knob but in a really fun way - good to have on side but teases you mercilessly, absolute joker but if he’s got your back, he’s got your back - but anyway i digress) even when his parents aren’t necessarily.
also i think he’s spent his whole life with that sort of popularity you get where you don’t really know anyone you consider your friend, so then to suddenly go to uganda where everyone cares about the Ins and Outs of Kevin Price is completely bizarre and it takes a while to get used to because he’s never really had friends before
also i really love the idea of him helping in gotswana’s surgery. that makes me so happy. and i love the idea of him with small children - i think kimbay would latch onto him and have him helping out with teaching in seconds
