she wasn’t sure what they were waiting on. they had been sitting there for a while without ordering. she wondered if they were waiting on someone again. khatijah had noticed they usually came here with different people – though it seems this one is late. she had came up to them a few moments ago. though she was a quieter waitress than most, she still cared for those who wandered in. coming close again, she stood beside the lonely person. “ would you like to order now ? ” she asked, voice even but gentle sounding.

                    well, this was a change. most people who sought him out were there to kill him, not to ask for his help - at least those who recognized him. although, it didn’t take much to find him since he had essentially came right to her, as he sat on a bar stool in her establishment. “maybe,” he took another sip out of the glass in front of him before twisting to turn toward her. “the real question is, will i and what do i get out of it?” after all, if he was supposed to do something good for someone else, shouldn’t he be promised something in return?

It wasn't Eddie's fault. Okay maybe it was but at least he wasn't partially shifted when he did it. That would have been...bad. "Hey, I told you to move your leg and you didn't.
