It took me about a week, but our Tennessee Basin & Atlantic Slope Basin reference collections are organized and all mussels are marked with unique numbers. Now I just need to get them into our database and I’m done!

Mussel collections
I am currently trying to organize my departments mussel collection. We have a sort of together reference collection and then just shelves and shelves of shells that I want to get sorted.
If anyone has any tips or advice or even pictures of a bivalve reference collection please send them my way! I am good with insect collections and such but new to bivalves!
