“Get off the stage!”
There was a couple of dry claps, which had to be from either Lennox, Blaine, or Rie, followed by an onslaught of boo’s. Princess completely fell off the mark and fell behind the rhythm of her set and her punchlines just didn’t land. She stared out into the audience, making one quick glance at Ángel, then completely gave up in the middle of her set and walked off the stage.
Princess was devastated. She couldn’t remember the last time she bombed this badly and it was never in front of people she invited. Perhaps it had been too long since the last time she performed and she just didn’t prepare enough. Or perhaps Mark and her mom were right. Maybe she did need to just look into nursing school.
