I haven't been very active on most of my social media apps, and there are a couple of reasons for that, and one of the biggest was this
Rebellious Flame, or reflame as I like to nickname it, has been a project I worked on since I was 16 years old
And thus it's very obvious that I made it when I was 16 years old
Since I started it I graduated high school, started college and on my way to graduate for good, met a ton of great friends, moved cities, got an adhd diagnosis, created several new story projects and Rebellious Flame has really helped me stay stable in all these changes!
However, despite how close this project is to my heart. I will admit that it does show my writing experience when I was 16 years old. Inconsistent prose and tense, bad use of foreshadowing, A MAJOR PLOT HOLE, and many more things that I don't look back on fondly
And over the years I have improved my writing and storytelling skills, and with this project still dear to me I wanted to use it as a show of that skill
So a reboot is on its way which will be published on royal road and tapas!
I can't say when I'll start publishing it as I'm currently busy studying my exams and treating my cervicalgia
But I'll make sure to work on it as much as my body allows it
I'll make sure to keep you all updated on different platforms (bsky, tmblr and tt most likely) as how progress on it is doing and when I plan to publish it again
Also the old version will still be up on tapas! I may have issues with it but I worked on this for half a decade!
