Silent Warriors ♠ Hajime & Takashi
[ ♠ ] Hajime tried to keep himself invisible, in a sense no one would notice him. But, if one practiced this sport for their whole lives, they would most likely stand out like a sore thumb in a room full of amateurs who only do this for fun or work-out purposes. Or even just to look impressive then they really are.
Now was one of those unfortunate times. With the starter class of Kendo he was taking at the moment they were supposed to take a break. As the class was probably drenched in sweat, he was the opposite as he continued to practice. The instructor had stepped out for a moment, which gave him the chance to actually finish the work-out they were given.
The Japanese could feel the stares bore into his back from the other students, but he ignored them easily, choosing to loose himself in his simple task of doing 100 practice hits from above his head. It was hardly any trouble for him, as that was just a warm-up for him.
Hajime blinked, as the last strike to signal 100 was put away into the imaginary sheath of the wooden sword, and followed by a bow. As he waited for a few seconds to raise his head, he turned sharply but almost crashed right into the taller instructor.
He stepped back, and bowed slightly as he spoke. "My apologies. I didn't look to see where I was." He said simply, as blue irises stared at the ground even when he straightened his back. The only question that went through his mind was simple this: "Did he see me?"
