As important as it is to create, it is just as important to refuel. I often find myself bury my head in creating art. As time goes by, I sometimes find myself mentally and artistically exhausted, my tank is completely emptied and my engine burnt because I forgot to take time to refuel, to slow down, to pause, to breathe, to let myself be inspired again.
