For tonight, there seems to be a privately organized bus with heating for the protest. District Mayor Hanke still has to approve it.

#refugeecamp District Mayor Hanke will talk to the police to reduce the massiveness of the police operation. He has also allowed a bus at the protest to help against the cold.

From October 12th:
A group of refugees arrived in Berlin this week after marching nearly 600 kilometres from Bavaria to protest conditions facing asylum seekers in Germany. They have set up camp in the city, where The Local went to find out more.
Update
Refugees are now in the Academy of Arts, the #refugeecamp for conflict resolution meeting with Hanke and the State Secretary.
The conversation taking place away from the supporters of the camp is not good, the refugees being very vulnerable at this point. Everything looks like they want to remove the protest, at least the clothes and things.
