Lopunny that have adapted to the tundra have gained a darker fur color and much more fluff for insulation. Turning into an Ice type, they use their snow-like fluff to hide in snowdrifts and their dark coats to hide during the perpetual darkness brought on by winter. Got Lopunny for Tundra, so I went for an arctic hare for inspiration. Also took inspiration from winter clothing, the furred/fleeced boots, cuffs and coat and the dark colors were chosen as they absorb more heat from the sun.

Trevenant who have been introduced to Sinnoh have found themselves at home in the northern point of the region, while keeping the grass/ghost typing from other regions, it has gained the ability to use ice moves and now has the ability Ice body. Much easier to avoid dex flubs with sinnoh as I could just look to the future gens for inspiration. I got trevenant in the randomizer so I gave it the ole cold treatment, made it into a Douglas fir and changed red details to blue to give off a cold vibe.

Tangela who have evolved to deal with a drier, more arid environment have developed the Grass/Ground typing and a quick mode of travel in tumbling across the wastes. Not having the plentiful resources at their disposal as they do in other regions, They have lost their ability to evolve into tangrowth, but have become much faster and a bit more vicious. Insanely territorial, they have been known to pile up on homes placed in thier ranges. Unfortunately, tumbleweed and tangela go together too well to have not taken the leap when I got tangela on the randomizer. Thought it'd be interesting to have a 2 stage mon lose a stage in a regional form, but getting a buff in stats which are as follows HP -  65 ATK- 115 DEF- 55 SPA- 115 SPD- 50 SPE- 100 For a Stat Total of 500 compared to the kantonian tangela's 435

Having evolved from Rufflet that are adapted to life on the plains, Secretairy are more adept runners than their unovan brethren. A Fighting/Flying type, they are know to kick their prey viciously and they have a severe hatred for snake like pokemon. Day 11 and another regional evolution, tried to apply secretary bird traits to rufflet, but it doesn't mesh well. Not to mention that the regional evolutions are a a bit more my forte... Lets hope I get Vallaby/Mandibuzz down the line to even this line out!

Darmanitan that have made their way to Johto have found themselves at home in the mountains, where they come into conflict the Tyranitar line. Evolving to handle this, they've become Ice/Fighting type. Using their flail like arms, they're able to drive most pokemon away from their lairs Johtonian form for day 2 of Region'ovember and the pokemon randomizer gave me Darmanitan. Took Johto's cultural influences into account, but realized that Darmanitan is already based on Daruma Dolls, so I decided to shift inspirations for it to being based on Oni, specifically Blue Oni. Arms are based around their Kanbo Clubs and the patterning got changed to the traditional tiger stripes associated with them. Also thought it'd be interesting to toss it in as a more fitting third member of the elemental punch trio (Electabuzz, Magmar, and Jynx) as I've always felt that jynx didn't fit in well.

Arbok that have evolved in the Unova region are much larger than their Kantonian counterparts, now Poison/ Steel, they have evolved an immunity to other poison types. Day 5, Unova, my favorite region and I got my favorite gen 1 mon! Went with a King Cobra for inspiration on this one, the green jewels represent cobra stones and the coloration is based on juvenile king cobra.

Having been brought over by Johto immagrants, Swinub on Alola have evolved into water types to swim on the coast since tourists love them. When they aren't being fed by tourists, they have been known to swim out to sea and eat whatever they can get their mouths on. Day 7, I get to design an alolan form, first gen where we got Official regional form changes. Decided to do swinub specifically since I had an idea for it. Alolan swinub here is based on The swimming pigs in the Bahamas, sea pigs (which are a type of sea cucumber), and the fake alolan swinub leak for usum (granted, that one was based around pineapples). Made the fur look like waves coated in seafoam.

Galarian citizens and their love of competition imported Crabrawler in droves, but were surprised when the Crabrawler didn't evolve into Crabominable. Crabrawler instead turn into the Fighting/Dark type Crustycean (crus-tie-son) when in the Galar region. Crustycean have a mean streak when they're fighting often taking chunks out of opponents. Day 8, got Crabrawler in the randomizer. Decided to use this opprotunity to fix a pokemon I was so excited for during sun and moon's prerelease period. Based partially on Mike Tyson and old school boxing. Color scheme is based on his old gear and that, in turn, inspired the dark typing.
