scrapped elevator NPC (2024)

he was gonna be very heavily based on creepypastas that scared me and/or i liked when i was younger (sonicexe, various pokepastas, etc)

this would have likely made it ingame had we not cut ourselves off on making new elevator NPCs after NULL was added

i still like this design so it might pop up somewhere else in the future , maybe as a floor npc... who knows ! :)
