Whispers; “Dieter.”
"I’m not your favorite?"
"That's not it, you are my favorite but... Dogs, Dieter."
"Let me do it!"
Send me one to see how my muse reacts!
"No way man, let me do it!" Solm pushed gently on the others face, and away. "You already told me that you'd let me do it, no take backs!" Holding the ink away from Dieter, Solm plucked the pen from the desk. "Not letting you write the letter, you'll probably write something like... 'Shitface' on it or something."
"Friendly reminder that it's Annoy Dieter Day, take some time out of your day to go and bother him."
Nobody wanted to hear this. “Yeah, and some are just much bigger than others.” He chuckled, but the sound was airy and half-hearted. He wasn’t in the mood, wanted to brush over this as quickly as he could. Why he had even brought it up was a mystery to him. Long periods of time spent bottling things up, he supposed, would do that to a person. He ran his hands from his face and up into his hair, tugging lightly at his fringe. “You understand, right? You spend more time with me.”
Silently, Solm picked at the imaginary lint on his sleeve, searching for something proper to say to the blond, getting slightly distressed himself when not finding a good solution. "Yeah, but everyone has them nonetheless." Was his sole response. He listened carefully to the next sentence, and shook his head slightly, refusing to reply to the question at hand. Of course, he spent a large amount of time with Dieter, but that didn't mean he understood what he was talking about.
