Learning that America actually has car legislation that should have prevented cars from becoming massive, but car manufacturers just ignore those regulations because any "cars" they sell are legally light trucks. It should be illegal to do something technically legal but clearly against the spirit of corporate regulations. I call this the "Dude, come on, you know what we meant" standard.

As with all regulation violations, the penalty for violating the DCOYKWWM standard is nationalization of the company, the execution of anyone who owns at least a 1% stock in the company, and banishment of the C-suite.

I'm a fucking adult. I'm a fucking grown man. I don't have kids. I never want kids. I do not like kids. Why in the fuck do I need to verify who I am to look at porn? Why in the fuck do I need to verify who I am to look at trauma/LGBT+ related things? Why in the fuck can I not watch people review horror movies online that show anything? Why in the fuck are adults, fully grown fucking adults, being limited from saying things like kill, murder, rape, sexual assault, destroy? Why in the fuck are grown adults having to say shit like "unalived" or "ahh"? Why in the fuck are we, as grown adults, having to live around kids we don't even own or know, but because somebody's child might potentially see something that might potentially upset them or be inappropriate for them, we are punished for it? I didn't reach adulthood to be treated like a child because of other people's children.

If people really care that fucking much for kids, then create a child's internet, create child versions of things that are heavily regulated and monitored. If this is really about kids, then make it about fucking kids, dedicate shit to kids, watch your fucking kids, parent your fucking kids, safeguard your fucking kids, make your kids your fucking problem. Why in the fuck are we all suffering because you decided to breed? I'm a grown fucking man and refuse to live like a child. And I am fucking sick of not being able to enjoy things other adults have enjoyed all throughout history, all because now in the time I'm an adult, "please won't somebody think of the fucking children!?!"

Half this shit's a fucking insult anyway. We shouldn't take from the weight of the crime of people who sexually assault others, we shouldn't take from the victims pain by censoring and covering up what they went through. I say that as a fucking victim. That person's isn't a fucking PDF file looking at child corn. They're a fucking pedo looking at child porn. Isn't that in the child's best interest to know that?????? If this is all about kids?????? Fuck this censorship bullshit. Fuck stopping me from looking at anything considered NSFW without submitting my identity. We're fucking adults. Why should we suffer the burden of other people's kids. No other adult has gone through this as they were treated like fucking adults. I grew up watching Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Lord of The Rings, horror movies, porn, yet I'm fine. I know so many others who did the same. Horror fans all have stories of watching horror movies as kids. So it's inherent bullshit.

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Just days into President Donald Trump’s second term, the federal government has made major changes to environmental regulations.

A significant change is the regulation of toxins in drinking water or so-called “forever chemicals” that can build up in the environment and our bodies.

These chemicals are found in the drinking water consumed by most people in Arizona. This week, the Trump administration withdrew a pending plan to limit the amount of PFAS chemicals the industry can release into the environment.

“If you’re wondering right now, have I picked those PFAS? The answer is yes, definitely,” explained Dr. Rhett Larson, a water law professor at Arizona State University.

While there is still very little known about the chemicals, he says there’s strong evidence that exposure to PFAS can cause cancer.

“They’re everywhere. If you use nonstick appliances, if you have Scotchgard on your couches, it’s often used in making more flame retardant materials, so frequently in your clothing,” he said.

Since the chemicals don’t break down, they pollute the environment, earning them the name “forever chemicals.”
