The Trials of Mana remake is constantly on my mind at the moment, and I realized something that the remake could do that I’d be WAY onboard for, and that’s changing how class changes look.

It would’ve been absurd for the dev team to make seven sets of unique sprites per character due to the way class changes work in that game, so they smartly settled for cool palette swaps and altered the character pictures in the menu screen. But with the remake using 3D models, it would be significantly easier to change clothing to look radically different, especially since there’s official artwork showing the differences between what the Double Light and Double Dark classes:

I’d also really love for Kevin’s werewolf form to look more unique, even if that just means he’s wearing his normal clothes instead of the generic werewolf tunic that the enemy werewolves wear.
