From my understanding the webtoon isn’t official, however it was approved by cheritz and I highly agree with you. I’m sure the writer/artists for the webtoon is a fan of the game just like the rest of us who created an oc who might’ve been a self-insert/random character to fit the story like some other creators made. I get why ppl my not like her but those same people don’t go around hating on other fans CMC so I don’t see why they do to her

If you have to bring one character down to show why another character is supposedly better, then something’s definitely wrong with your arguments and/or your understanding of both these characters.

Just like you said, Hana is an OC. Her creator is a fan of the game. It could’ve been any one of us in the fandom, right? It makes me sad to know that if I decide to develop one of my OCs through a story that I regularly update on this or another similar platform, they could be ripped to shreds or ridiculed just because someone doesn’t agree with the way they look. That’s just... wrong.

📚 Do you read your own fic?

Yes. An embarrassing amount, honestly. Before I started writing fics I used just daydream a lot, and I've have specific stories I'd just kind of play through in my head from start to finish. Some of them long enough that I could spend weeks getting through the whole thing in spare moments or whatever. Now a lot of times when I get into a real daydream-y mood, I just reread one of my fics that I have some emotional attachment too, like Offering or Paper Skin. I don't reread the pure smut stuff much though--a lot of my one-shots I've reread once or twice since posting, but more out of curiosity to see how they hold up.

📊 Current number of WIPs

4, counting ATBI. I have a couple one-shots that have been sitting ignored for a long time, and I just started a commission!

⏰ Do you spend more time reading fic, writing fic, or do you do both equally?

Definitely writing. Not to advertise having no life, but I probably spend like...15-20 a week writing, between updates for ATBI, requests/drabbles, and one-shots on the side? I don't read that much anymore--usually just new chapters for fics I'd already started, or Shig stuff from my friends. I have a ton of stuff marked for later on AO3 though, so every now and then I take a three hour bath and binge a bunch of content lmao.
