sorry but what is dry needling? it sounds painful omg
kind of like acupuncture, but instead of altering the flow of qi (similar techniques), its more contained to muscle and spasms ig? from what i remember my podiatrist saying this morning
let me tell you, you feel honestly next to nothing it just kind of sounds like it hurts bc needles and they just like. look bigger than what they actually are... the only point i felt vaguely uncomfortable was the one in my heel that went a lil deeper, but thats bc thats the source of my pain lol so
