#Repost @yayijoyce • • • • • • This upcoming new moon you need to break free and forgive before it arrives or attempt to anyway In the holistic coaching approach forgiveness and hidden anger is something I work with clients a lot of on but one must be willing to look at where your anger lies. We line In a culture, that anger is pusged down, and often tucked away and also hidden. And unless someone is telling you off, or yelling or explode in a full-blown rage then they don't get acknowledged many times. We all experienced anger, but we tend to tamp it down and hide it from others and from ourselves which isn't healthy if I disagree with you oh you will know. Not because I am combative however because I refuse to lie about my emotions It takes courage to get honest about when you are upset, anger. I know it's taught to be scary to express anger, but you can do it in a healthy manner Anger is in itself neither good nor bad—it’s what you do with it that matters People don’t need to know that you’ve forgiven them; forgiveness is more for you than for the other person So writing a letter is a tool I use before I express my anger or forgiveness this upcoming New Moon a great start to it is recognize who you need to forgive or who you need to release anger write a letter that you will release before the upcoming new moon Or book a venting session with a coach, counselor so that you free up heart space to #manifest.
