hello hello, today I bring one of the most detailed pieces I've made up to date, made for the Character Study zine!

I know cyberpunk isn't the typical dnd setting but Centi's campaign has been the longest and most emotional game I've been part of so far, so I really wanted to draw a tribute to it, especially now that it's ending (just the epilogue left!)

I'm gonna miss playing this chaotic lesbian ❤️

their characters Yxala and Relente are due for a VERY emotional reunion after 10 years of separation, unfortunately Relé is currently in a secret bunker deep underground, microchipped and sliiiiiightly mind controlled but we're working on that!!

Oooh Relent! I've really fallen in love with him lately (and very unexpectedly, as he was initially meant to be less relevant), so here's a few fun facts about him!

Originally was meant to be red herring for The Onirist's identity. Less than 15 minutes into the chat with the DM (before we had even defined stuff like their ancestry), I fell in love irrevocably and ended up being a member of the polycule

I don't get characters to just appear out of thin air that often. However, both Relent and Urion were devised in chats, and even Yxala got very unexpected development, not having planned much for her initially

The branches that grow in his crystals are not actually from his Eladrin heritage! He grows them willingly to honor two of his older siblings (who were even more fey-aligned than him)

Despite being a druid they ARE a nerd and very tech-savvy! He knows programming, hacking, and loves to do cursed technological experiments. You can bet he's using Arduino for the most specific gadgets you could ever think of

One of my very few (if not the only one I can think of) characters who are directly descended from a divine being. His father, Thunder, is a minor god (And also one of the BBEGs of our game)

His name has a lot of layers. It means the same than his deadname. Relente (in Spanish) means (nocturnal) dew, following his family's weather-names tradition. Relé (the short version) means "Relay", which matches his electrical nature + his techyness. Also "Relent" (in English) does match his overall chill attitude.

He's got an angry form I jokingly call Relentless : )
