One thing I'll never forget is the time that I put in to discipline myself, to maintain focus and to sidestep the temptations of life. Some of you have been there with me. Others can only imagine what it's like. But I'm here to tell you that it is not necessary to go to the bottom in order to reach the top, but it is possible to digress if you don't continue to affirm life's positives. Keep it positive!
